Aerobics… these exercises work to strengthen the PACEMAKER, whether the individual lead the exercise standing, sitting or lying... At the start of the exercise, the trainee will start to sweat thus heart rates increase and this is heart-healthy. Aerobics increase of body Strength in the endurance and increases the efficiency of the lungs and control the weight, where the body burns a lot of calories.
